  • Yojna provides comprehensive role-based (train-the-trainer) solution training via web teleconference to key client business leads and technical team members (who will be expected to train the wider userbase on the functionality of the solution). The training will encompass both a "big picture" perspective of the solution, as well as detailed instructions for technical and business aspects of the product.

  • Yes, Yojna conducts quarterly business reviews to a) communicate progress, b) ensure and maximize UMB's attainment of utility, ROI, and business goals via best practices, c) share and align on Yojna's product roadmap, and d) propose action times aimed to accelerate UMB's success in the next quarter.

  • Yes, Excel and home-grown applications/databases (such as SQL Server, Oracle, Access, ODBC, etc) are supported sources for migration. The migration process is essentially for Yojna's implementation team to acquire these existing datasets and map them to Yojna's standard model in order to perform a transform of the data. Yojna will then provide bulk exports and an auditing login for our clients to review and validate the mapping process prior to go-live.

  • Yes, Yojna's change management process is led by our Accounts team who will help clarify and qualify all client business requirements and technical teams in order to author a complete and detailed Project Change Order (PCO) document for our mutual review. Once executed, Yojna's Accounts team would fold the new PCO into the overall workstream with a new client, including weekly status meetings and progress tracked live for parties to both stay up-to-date through successful implementation.

    After migration to Production, we can shift to monthly touchpoint meetings and, thereafter, quarterly business reviews.

  • Yojna customer support is led by an in-house team that is supplemented with outsourced subject matter expertise, as needed.

  • Last-minute requests are handled as quickly as practical based on the nature of the request. As a provider of mission critical solutions to major banks, it is our intention to provide enterprise-grade customer service, support, and responsiveness.

  • Yojna strives to complete projects on time and within budgets, to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. Over the last 40 years, Yojna has become keenly adept at estimating the time required to complete projects. Of course, and in all cases, Yojna relies on its customers to fulfill their roles and dependent tasks in a timely manner to assure successful objective achievement.
